The PDF Compressor is a free tool that reduces the size of PDF files. All processing happens in your own browser; the site does not receive your files.
Your files and responsibilities
- Only compress files you have the right to use and modify.
- Keep your original file. Compression rewrites the document, and you should check the result before relying on it, for example before submitting it to an official form.
- Compressing a digitally signed PDF invalidates its signature.
No warranty
The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for accurate, reliable results and report results honestly, but we cannot guarantee that every PDF can be compressed, that a particular file size can be reached, or that output will be accepted by any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or of files it produces.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
